Position: Manager – Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, control and direct activities of the field sales force to secure maximum sales volume with prescribed profit margin
  • Develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability, new business and market opportunities
  • Prepare annual sales budget and participate in the determination of market potential
  • Produce regular reports, analysis & forecast for Senior Management on current market/product development and trend including customer reactions
  • Supports & manage the field sales force, including training & motivation towards agreed objectives
  • Design, develop and deliver effective sales management and training programs to ensure sales force potential is maximized

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with Masters in Business Administration
  • 5-7 years of experience in a sales role; within industry preferred

Position: Sales Officer:

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify the potential clients and selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field sales.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve desired results.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream
  • MBA in Marketing with 1-2 years of experience
